Howdy FPCLA,
FPCLA has now launched our new Facebook Group page titled First Progressive Church in Los Angeles Bulletin Board! This group is designed as a semi-private group, meaning that it is a group that shows up in Facebook searches and group members can invite others but every new member must be approved by the admins. This is done to promote a deeper sense of trust in the group so that members can feel able to be more open about what is on their minds.
It is our sincerest hope that this group can further a sense of community within FPCLA where our church attendees can have a safe space to share various aspects of whatever they feel like sharing within the group (and within the rules of the group). We are especially hopeful that this group will bring a greater sense of belonging and community to our attendees who live long distances and/or who are maintaining social distancing due to Covid-19.
